As you've most likely already discovered, you don't click on individual designs to order. Instead, with only a few exceptions, the designs are sold by size, and you’ll find a generic order form in the upper right of each page that you can use to order the size of design you’d like. Once you've placed the order, you can send me an e-mail with the names of the designs you desire and the format you need. Despite the initial confusion, it's actually fairly simple once you understand how it works.

I’ve sized most of the design at 3", 4", and 5" (specific dimensions for each are shown in the images). To facilitate the ordering process, I've priced all the designs (with only a few exceptions) the same:
$4 for a 3" size,
$5 for a 4" size, and
$6 for a 5" size.

Packs of five designs in each size are discounted by approximately 20%. You can mix and match designs from any of the categories to obtain the discounted price. Or you can order all three sizes of a single design for a similarly discounted price.

Exceptions to this structure are few -- in-the-hoop designs, alphabets, freestanding lace, and custom designs are priced separately. At any time if you can't make sense of the process you can send me a list of the designs you're interested in and the size you need, and I'll send you a cost, which you can pay via paypal.

Step-by-Step

The process is simple enough: Order the size and number of designs you want using the order forms on each page, then send me your list, and I will e-mail the designs to you within 24 hours of receiving the notice from Paypal.

STEP 1: Decide which design(s) you want and choose the size.

Most of the designs are sold by size rather than design name -- 5", 4", and 3" -- and that's how you order them.

When you see a design you like, decide on the size you want, then order that size of design.

STEP 2: Place the order

Use the generic order form that you will find in the upper right of each catalog page (or just to your right on this page). When you click on the "Add to Cart" button, you shouldbe taken to a paypal page where you can enter the number of designs you wish to purchase. Then you can either "return to shopping" by clicking on the link in the upper right corner of the page, or you can check out.

Prices are as follows:

  • 5" size - $6US each or 5 for $25
  • 4" size - $5US each or 5 for $20
  • 3" size - $4US each or 5 for $15
  • all three sizes of a single design - $12US

STEP 3: Tell me which designs and format you want

Once you have ordered the size you want, then you should let me know by name which design(s) you want.

  • If you see a field on paypal where you can enter information, you can include your list and format right  in the paypal message (click the "message to seller" link), OR
  • You can send me your list and format via e-mail if you aren't able to see the paypal field.

IMPORTANT: I can't send the designs if I don't know which ones you had in mind!!! Please be sure to let me know your list and format. And please use the name of the design(s) exactly as shown on the site to avoid any possible confusion.

STEP 4: Receive a download link via e-mail

I will send a download link once I receive notification from paypal along with your list. I check my e-mail multiple times a day and process orders as they come in. You will have the designs within 24 hours and usually much more quickly.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR E-MAIL PROGRAM IS SET TO ALLOW MY E-MAILS THROUGH. You may have to set my e-mail address as an exception or "whitelist" my e-mail address in your security software.

You'll find order forms above and in the upper right corner of each catalog page. Since most of the designs in each size are the same price, you can mix and match designs from different catalog pages or categories in order to get the pack discount. There are only a few exceptions: some designs (such as in-the-hoop ornaments and FSL) are individually priced and are not included in the pack price.  Those ones have their own individual order forms.

DIDN'T GET THE DESIGNS YOU ORDERED? CLICK HERE.

I will ALWAYS send out your order within 24 hours of receiving notice from Paypal and getting your list. If you don't hear from me within that time, something has gone wrong with the e-mail communication. Start by making sure you sent me your list, then check your spam folder just in case they got routed there. If the designs didn't get through, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.

On rare occasions, my e-mail messages do not get through. If I receive a bounce-back, or if I get a message from you saying you have not received the designs, I will re-send them, either from an alternate e-mail or via hightail using a download link. Most of the time this solves the problem, but on a few occasions, clients have been unable to receive any of my messages, even those without attachments. If this should happen, it means that my e-mails are being blocked at some point along the way and I will be unable to reach you or send you the designs.

I do not want to keep your money if I can't get the designs to you, so if for whatever reason I am unable to communicate with you via e-mail, after six unsuccessful attempts to do so I will automatically issue a paypal refund.
