Alphabets are sold in in separate sets of caps, lower case, numbers, or punctuation designs, in 2", 3", 4", or 5" sizes. NOTE: I can provide most embroidery formats except ART, which is not available at this time.

Alphabet and number sets are sized as follows when stitched out:

  • 5" letters are 4.9" tall (fits any 5x5" or5x7" hoop)
  • 4" letters are 3.9" tall (fit 4x4" hoop)
  • 3" letters are 3" tall (fit 4x4" hoop)
  • 2" letters are 2" tall (fit 4x4" hoop)

Punctuation sets are sized to coordinate with the letter/ number sets.

The Chain Stitch Alphabet was designed to simulate hand chain-stitch, and is best sewn with cotton thread in a slightly heavier weight than regular embroidery thread, using an embroidery needle with larger eye.
