NOTICE

TO ALL MY EMBROIDERING FRIENDS

I regret to announce that the on-line store portion of my site will be closing as of the end of this month (April 2024).

The closure has been a difficult decision, but a change to Yola's terms of service, coming on top of some ongoing health issues, has made it impractical for me to continue the store portion of the site.

My plan at the moment is to continue to post free designs and projects, but -- unless I can find some other alternative -- I will no longer be offering  designs for sale.  If there are designs you've been meaning to purchase but have been putting it off, you may want to do that before the end of the month.

On a personal note, I've met some truly wonderful people through the site over the past decade, and I'm grateful for the support and friendship I've found here. I hope that I've been able to return these in some measure through my shared designs and projects.

with all good wishes,

Jen

One new design is added to this page each week. Each design will remain for approximately four weeks before being removed to make space for the next new design. Thus at any one time there will  normally  be four free designs showing on this page, with the most recent one at the top.

Once these designs are gone from this page, they may not be available again, so if you see one that you want, it's best to grab it right away.

Unless otherwise noted, the free designs are 4" size and will stitch in a 4x4" (100x100mm) hoop.  If you would like to purchase any of them in one of the other sizes please inquire.

To download a free file, click on the image. A download window will open, and from there you can save the zipped file to your computer. To unzip, double click on the zipped file in Windows-- a window will appear that will allow you to save the unzipped file to your computer.

Note: The free designs are in PES format, which is what's used by about 99% of my readers. If your machine doesn't use PES, you can easily covert the files using free on-line conversion software. There are several options listed -- and evaluated -- at this link.  Alternatively, you can convert with Embird Editor (available in a 30-day trial version).

To convert to Bernina's proprietary ART format, you can download their free conversion software, Artlink 6. I have never used it since it requires a Bernina machine , but several of my clients have reported success in reformatting to ART.
